Abstract
Cloud Computing and Internet of Things are the buzzwords after Web 2.0. Cloud Computing, as a large-scale distributed computing paradigm, is a recent trend in IT that delivers applications as services over the Internet. The Internet of Things (IoT), as the future network of Internet, refers to a dynamic global network infrastructure in which physical and virtual "things" are seamlessly integrated into the information network. As is well-known, the development and advancement of IT surely brings the immense changes for manufacturing industry and lays the solid foundation for the development and advancement of manufacturing industry. An innovative manufacturing paradigm named as Cloud Manufacturing is incubated under the support of Cloud Computing and IoT. This paper discusses the concept and manufacturing cloud deployment models. Lastly, the management mechanism based on the multi-agent technology of distributed manufacturing resources is explored. Keywords
