Abstract
We analyze high-energy-interaction data to study the dependence of chaotic multiplicity on the pseudorapidity window and propose a new scaling function where is the chaotic multiplicity and is the reduced multiplicity, following the quantum-optical concept of particle production. It has been observed that the proposed "chaotic multiplicity scaling" is obeyed by , , and collisions at different available energies.
