Nuclear Magnetic Resonance in CuF2·2H2O Single Crystals

Abstract
We have measured the hydrogen and fluorine nuclear magnetic resonance signals in single crystals of CuF2·2H2O. The hyperfine interaction between the fluorine nucleus and the magnetic electrons has been separated into isotropic and anisotropic components which have been evaluated. The Néel temperature has been determined to be 10.92°±0.2°K in contrast to the maximum in the susceptibility which had been shown to occur at 26°K.
