Abstract
The apparent volumes of distribution of Evans blue and (59)Fe-dextran were determined in 18 studies.(59)Fe-dextran volume was 5% lower than Evans blue volume, a highly significant difference. The rate of loss of (59)Fe dextran from the circulation was significantly less than that of Evans blue. Keywords
