Abstract
Teflon injection of paralyzed and bowed vocal cords has been performed since 1962. It has been generally accepted that nothing could be done if an excess is injected or a granuloma reaction within the cord occurs causing an early or late convex cord which projects across the midline. A technique is described to correct such convex cord problems and the results are given for 12 patients for whom corrective surgery was done. Keywords
