Abstract
Driving is a privilege that people want to continue to enjoy as long as possible. This article will look at the different states' requirements for continuation of driving and requirements for renewal of licenses. Other options are discussed for drivers with low vision who wish to continue to use this skill even when their vision does not meet standard requirements. Studies addressing low vision and driving are also discussed. Driving involves much more than just visual acuity and this article will address some of those issues. Keywords
