Abstract
In this note we make a detailed survey of the experimental information on the neutrino charge, charge radius, and magnetic moment. Both weak-interaction data and astrophysical results can be used to give precise limits to these quantities, independent of the supposition that the weak interactions are charge conserving. Keywords
