Abstract
The band structure, Fermi surface, and density of states from a self-consistent augmented-plane-wave (APW) calculation of copper are presented and compared with previously reported results. Some results of a self-consistent APW calculation in which the exchange term was reduced to of the original Slater term are also reported.
