Abstract

Presentation of CaseA 75-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of chest pain, hemoptysis, and a pulmonary lesion.The patient had been well until four months earlier, when he began to have left-sided posterior pleuritic chest pain, which was more severe when he was supine, was unrelated to external pressure or movement, and was unaccompanied by a cough.
