Abstract
A theoretical and methodological platform for strategic management of the development of the infrastructure of a large-scale region in extreme climatic and geographical conditions is proposed. Platform elements such as organizational systems and infrastructure development management mechanisms have been developed; methodology for determining the feasibility of developing deposits based on their business potential and costs; simulation scenario model of the development of transport infrastructure in the process of evolution of the socio-economic system of the region. Keywords
