Abstract
Congential ectopia of the insertion of the superior rectus muscle to the superior border of the lateral rectus muscle was seen in a 4-year-old child. In all respects, this condition mimicked congenital superior rectus palsy. The resultant large hypotropla was completely corrected by repositioning the superior rectus to its normal anatomic position. Keywords
