Abstract
Berichtet wird über zwei Patienten mit Frakturen des Oberarmkopfes nach Krampfanfällen. In einem Fall handelt es sich um eine beidseitige Verletzung. Das radiologische Bild ist typisch und mit den in der Literatur beschriebenen Einzelfällen vergleichbar: eine ventromediale Abscher- oder Impressionsfraktur des Humeruskopfes, verbunden mit einer Luxation des Kopfes nach dorsal. Entstehungsmechanismus, Möglichkeiten der Therapie sowie klinisches und radiologisches Spätergebnis werden diskutiert.Keywords
