Abstract
Food can alter the bioavailability of orally administered drugs. Description of food effects in product labels and information about administration in relation to food are influenced by a variety of factors. Because food effects can change drug efficacy and toxicity, it is important that physicians and patients be aware of them. Clin Cancer Res; 16(17); 4305–7. ©2010 AACR.Keywords
