Abstract
A 9 year old girl with symptoms of the Sjögren syndrome showed interstitial lymphocytic infiltrate on renal biopsy. Two years later she had clinical and biological evidence of systemic lupus erythematosus, associated with a typical glomerulonephritis.Keywords
