Abstract
A series of UDP-disaccharide peptide compounds were synthesized as synthetic substrate analogues or potential inhibitors of glycosyl transferase. Fluorescent compounds have been prepared with the aim of developing a screening method for selecting transglycosylase inhibitors.Keywords
