Abstract
The ecgs of 72 patients with syphilitic heart disease were reviewed and the patients classified clinically according to the presence or absence of cardiac pain and the presence or absence of aortic incompetence. Twenty-two ecgs were normal, 19 showed ischemic effects, 21 had left ventricular preponderance and the remainder had various other abnormalities. Keywords
