Abstract
This article reports a patient with a symptomatic external iliac artery pseudoaneurysm at a prior transplant nephrectomy site who underwent successful repair with percutaneous endovascular placement of a covered stent. Endovascular treatment with a covered stent is a safe and effective alternative to open surgery in the treatment of a symptomatic pseudoaneurysm arising from a transplant nephrectomy site. Keywords
