Abstract
The factors that determine the behavior of the subjects of the transport process, the interaction of shippers, logistics companies, and carriers during the formation and execution of transport services are considered. Mathematical definitions and statements of problems are given, based on which an algorithm is developed for modeling the formation and planning of the execution of packages of orders for transport services. The problem of determining the minimum number of vehicles and their optimal redistribution to fulfill a given package of orders is being put and solved.
