Abstract
This review article discusses the electrophysiological basis of sinus node reentry, clinical features of sinus node reentry, and the management of this uncommon tachycardia with drugs and ablative therapy. It also proposes the use of the term "sinoatrial reentrant tachycardia" for this form of tachycardia. Keywords
