Treatment of B cell lymphoma of the skin

Abstract
Ten patients with B cell lymphoma of the skin have been treated in a 5 year period at the Keio University Hospital, Tokyo. Most present with an asymptomatic solitary nodule or multiple tumours of the skin but limitation to the skin is rare. Histopathology showed medium to large lymphoid cells in the dermis and subcutis. Radiotherapy was given for cutaneous lesions in conjunction with chemotherapy if there were metastases.Keywords
