Abstract
We report a case of a neurilemoma arising from the renal parenchyma. Renal neurilemoma is an extremely rare tumor, with only 5 cases previously reported. Because so little is known of its natural history and potential for malignancy we recommend radical nephrectomy as the treatment of choice. Keywords
