Abstract
We have demonstrated the fabrication of “aligned-to-random” electrospun nanofiber scaffolds that mimic the structural organization of collagen fibers at the tendon-to-bone insertion site. Tendon fibroblasts cultured on such a scaffold exhibited highly organized and haphazardly oriented morphologies, respectively, on the aligned and random portions. Keywords
