Factors Contributing to Large-Scale Instructional Development

Abstract
Stepwise multiple regression analysis data from a previous study of organizational variables contributing to large-scale development of instructional procedures indicates that, with innovation as the dependent variable, communication and job satisfaction contribute significantly. Innovation appears to be a function of an open organizational structure and high staff morale. University and military sites were compared with respect to these attributes.Keywords
