The Internal Lateral Osteotomy in Rhinoplasty

Abstract

The Editorial Board of the Archives, at its last board meeting, discussed the addition of a new department entitled "How I Do It." In this issue of the Archives is the first contribution to this department by Dr. Hilger, a member of our Editorial Board, describing a technique which he has utilized for 20 years, but which had never been described in the literature. We invite our readers to submit similar brief descriptions of any method which they have developed and utilized which to their knowledge has never been described in the otolaryngologic literature. The acceptability of such a contribution, as with any other manuscript submitted, will be determined on its merits.—Ed.
