On Conservation of Electromotive Force in Hertzian Electrodynamics

Abstract
Invariance of electromotive force for observers in different reference frames in moving circuits is demonstrated in the context of Hertzian Electrodynamics over 7 canonical problems. This is followed by Hertzian explanation of electromagnetic induction and conservation of magnetomotive force in Rowland's Disk experiment.Keywords
