Tezepelumab in Adults with Uncontrolled Asthma (Original Article, N Engl J Med 2017;377:936-946). Data from one of the study sites were removed from the final analysis because of irregularities in the data collected at that site. This resulted in reductions in the sample sizes and changes in the primary endpoint data reported; all reported secondary and exploratory endpoints were also affected. Changes have been made in the Results section of the Abstract, the Results section of the main text, Figure 1, and all three tables. The Supplementary Appendix was also affected. The changes do not alter the conclusions drawn by the authors. The article is correct and the Supplementary Appendix has been replaced at NEJM.org.
