Abstract
A model of the turnover process is developed by synthesizing three turnover models: those of Price and Mobley and the model which has developed around the organizational commitment variable. This model is tested via path analysis and is generally supported. An attempt to cross-validate the new model also provided reasonable support Jor it.Keywords
