Abstract
A two dimensional paper- chromatographic technique for the separation of phospholipid mixtures on formaldehyde-treated paper and on silicic acid-impregnated paper is described. Phosphorus was determined, in spots located by staining, by direct digestion of the silicic acid-impregnated paper. Silicic acid did not interfere with the determination. Analyses of the phos-pholipids of ox liver, ox brain, Bacillus cereus, baker''s yeast and soya bean are given. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
