Abstract
Precipitation, throughfall, stemflow, soil water at five depths and streamwater were sampled for 2 years in small forested catchments near Beddgelert, North Wales. Volume- or flow-weighted mean pH, Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Si, H2PO4-P, NH4-N, SO4-S, Cl and dtoc concentrations were calculated. Catchment water balances were calculated for the 2 years individually. These water fluxes were combined with chemical concentrations and chemical fluxes determined. Keywords
