Abstract
A voltage standard has been proposed which uses a series array of Josephson junctions locked to rf‐induced constant‐voltage steps at zero current bias. The feasibility of this proposal is examined in theory and experiment by determining the conditions under which rf‐induced steps cros the zero current axis and the stability of phase lock under the zero bias condition. Keywords
