Conformal transformations for quantized fields

Abstract
Finite conformal transformations for quantized fields are obtained. The apparent conflict with Einstein's causality principle is resolved. It is shown that in quantum field theory one is in general dealing with representations of the universal covering group of the conformal group.Keywords
