Figure S1 from BRCA1/MAD2L1 Deficiency Disrupts the Spindle Assembly Checkpoint to Confer Vinorelbine Resistance in Mesothelioma

Abstract
BRCA2 is not required for vinorelbine-induced cell death MSTO and REN cells were transfected with siNT and siBRCA2. 24 hours following transfection, cells were treated with vinorelbine 100 nM for a further 48 hours and caspase 3 activity measured. Data were normalised to untreated siNT control. Western blots show downregulation of BRCA2 after silencing. MSTO-211H: siNT NT vs siNT VNB p<0.0001; siBRCA2 VNB vs siBRCA2 VNB p<0.0001. REN: siNT NT vs siNT VNB p<0.0001; siBRCA2 VNB vs siBRCA2 VNB p<0.0001.
