Abstract
In this paper, an electrochemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (ECL-RET) system from CdS quantum dot to Ru(bpy)3 2+ was developed for the first time. By the signal amplification of Ru(bpy)3 2+ and the specific antibody–cell surface interactions, this ECL-RET system could sensitively respond down to 12.5 SMMC-7721 cells per mL.Keywords
