Auxin: The Looping Star in Plant Development

Abstract
The phytohormone auxin is a key factor in plant growth and development. Forward and reverse genetic strategies have identified important molecular components in auxin perception, signaling, and transport. These advances resulted in the identification of some of the underlying regulatory mechanisms as well as the emergence of functional frameworks for auxin action. This review focuses on the feedback loops that form an integrative part of these regulatory mechanisms.Keywords
