Abstract
A facile and highly efficient synthesis of a glycopeptidolipid containing a heptose sugar, a synthetic T-epitope and a synthetic immunoadjuvant is presented which represents an important step towards the development of a fully synthetic vaccine against Neisseria meningitidis.Keywords
