Abstract
Here we report a multifunctional supramolecular hydrogel based on host–guest inclusion for loading two different anticancer drugs with different controlled release profiles. The resulting hydrogels are characterized by possessing dual phase drug release behavior and producing a dose and cell type dependent synergetic cytotoxicity to cancer cells, which can be used for cancer combination therapy. Keywords
