Abstract
JE (Japanese encephalitis) virus is a ‘Flavivirus’ associated with West Nile and St. Louis encephalitis viruses. This virus is transmitted by bites of infected or grimy culex type of mosquitos. Mostly in rural agricultural areas this virus is occurring. Their incubation period on an average 5–15 days in that period symptoms get occurs such as psychological status changes, neurological symptoms, weakness, headache, vomiting.
