First Russian experience of liver and kidneys transplantation obtained from the donor with out-of-hospital irreversible cardiac arrest

Abstract
Дефицит эффективных доноров остается основной проблемой, ограничивающей доступность трансплантации органов. Во всем мире растет интерес к использованию органов, полученных от доноров с внезапной необратимой остановкой сердца, или асистолических доноров. Основным лимитирующим фактором пересадки таких органов является время тепловой ишемии – период отсутствия кровообращения. В статье приведен первый успешный клинический случай пересадки печени и почек от донора с внегоспитальной необратимой остановкой сердца, осуществленный с помощью использования аппаратов внешнего восстановления и поддержки кровообращения в умершем человеке.Keywords
