Abstract
Two serine tRNAs were isolated from brewer''s yeast sRNA by counter-current distributions and their primary structures were determined. The analyses of the oligonucleotides from complete enzymatic digestions with pancreatic and T1-RNases are reported. All results pertaining to the structures of the serine tRNAs are summarized and discussed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
