Abstract
A 2‐year‐old child experienced clinical manifestations of Arnold‐Chiari Type I malformation, rare in early childhood, after a mild hyperflexion injury of the neck that resulted in acute paraparesis. Recovery occrred after decompressive laminectomy.Keywords
