Abstract
A unique type of pH/H2O2 dual‐responsive intelligent nanoscale delivery system based on albumin‐coated MnO2 is presented, which is capable of modulating the tumor microenvironment (TME) by relieving hypoxia. Additionally, TME‐responsive size changes enable effective intratumor diffusion. A highly effective combined photodynamic and chemotherapy is realized with these nanoparticles in a mouse tumor model. Keywords
