Abstract
A new method is described for the determination of fibrinogen in plasma. It is based upon the photoelectric measurement of the turbidity produced when fibrinogen is polymerised by the action of thrombin. The method is quick, easy to perform, and accurate to within approximately 5 per cent over a wide range of fibrinogen concentration. Keywords
