Abstract
Edge-to-edge repair through the MitraClip procedure has become widely adopted in routine clinical practice for transcatheter mitral valve repair {1,2}; however, other devices have been developed for percutaneous edge-to-edge repair. This study describes the use of the Edward PASCAL device that permits better deployment with simpler left atrial navigation and independent leaflet grasping.
