Abstract
Intracranial haemorrhage from meningiomas is rare and carries a mortality of over 40%. The authors present five cases presenting with intratumoral, intracerebral, subarachnoid or subdural haemorrhage. The relevant literature is reviewed and the pathology and possible mechanisms of haemorrhage in these tumours are discussed. Keywords
