Abstract
The syndrome of papular acrodermatitis of childhood with hepatitis (Gianotti-Crosti syndrome) is classically considered to be associated with hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) infection. We report an infant with the syndrome, but with serological evidence of infection by cytomegalovirus.Keywords
