Abstract
Subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) of the posterior fossa in cases of acoustic neurinoma is very rare. The authors present the clinical, neuroradiological and histological findings of an acoustic neurinoma presenting with SAH. The literature regarding this subject is reviewed and the pathogenesis of haemorrhage from neurinoma is discussed. Keywords
