Abstract
Endoscopic techniques have recently been applied in thyroid surgery using cervical, axillary, and breast approaches. We modified the axillo-bilateral breast approach (ABBA) and developed the bilateral axillo-breast approach (BABA) to obtain optimal visualization for total thyroidectomy.Keywords
