Abstract
Formulæ for the variation of magnetization with field and temperature are derived, using the quantum modification of the formal Weiss theory of ferromagnetism. These are put into such a form as to facilitate comparison with experiment. The more important are collected in a table. Expressions for the change in specific heat at the Curie point are also given. Keywords
