Abstract
3H-radioimmunoassays (RIA) suitable for determination of estradiol-17β (E2), estrone (E1), testosterone (T) and progesterone (P) in follicular fluid were used for investigations on cattle or sivines with spontaneous eslrus and superovulated cattle or swines with synchronized ovulation. Tlie mean intrafollicular concentrations of estrogens and progesterone during the ovilation showed a characteristic course in spite of relative high variations of individual values. Keywords
