Decreased Prolactin Reserve in Hemochromatosis*

Abstract
In four patients with hemochromatosis, direct pituitary testing with TRH revealed decreased PRL reserve in two; these two subjects, together with a third, also manifested hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Secretion of GH, TSH, and ACTH was intact in all four subjects.Keywords
